These terms govern your use of fractalsystems.ai and the Fractal Systems client portal. By using the site, you agree to them.
Services
Automation, AI, and robotics services are provided under a separate written agreement or order form with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your plan from the client portal. Any minimum term in your service agreement still applies.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your login and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Third-party services
Our automations may connect to third-party services you use, such as AI providers, ERPs, and Slack. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you're responsible for their fees.

Savings estimates, ROI calculations, and examples on this site are illustrations, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your operation and are documented during your audit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractal Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
