This policy explains what information Fractal Systems (“we”) collects through fractalsystems.ai and our client portal, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email, company, and anything you send through our forms or email.
- Account information: if you become a client, your login email and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Usage data: anonymous page views and performance metrics through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use it to respond to inquiries, deliver and bill for our services, operate the client portal, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Client operational data
Data we process on a client's behalf while running their automations is governed by that client's service agreement. It is used only to deliver the service, and it is never used to train shared AI models.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and services, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and login), and Stripe (payments). They process data only on our instructions.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@fractalsystems.ai.
